Café Carrizal is grown 1200 meters above sea level on the highest mountains of the Caribbean, the Cordillera Central, known for their red, iron-rich soil.

Our coffee beans grow alongside a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. This mixed-farming technique keeps the soil enriched year after year.

We partner with a local beekeeper to increase the bee population and pollination. This improves the flavor notes and increases the quantity of the harvest each season.
